Allow all types of LJ users to combine several OpenID to their account.

Full description of the idea
Allow all types of LiveJournal users (Basic Account, Full Account AND Paid Account) to use all theirs compatibles externals identifiers (FaceBook, Google, Twitter, OpenID, Mail.ru & VKontakte) on ONE sole LJ account.
An ordered list of benefits

• LJ users who already have a compatible external identifier or more, can more easily identify. (No need to remember an additional password.)
  Overall improvement in the online identity management.
  For a Basic Account, if one of the external services malfunctioning, there will be no breakdown risk for the LiveJournal service, with the possibility of using another external service to connect the same Basic Account.
