Disable default sorting records by number of hits in the LJ top. I suggest using the default profile hybrid sorting. So, to take account of all: the number of comments in the last day, the number of views, the evaluation record.
I also suggest to the confirmation code ReCaptcha, when:
- The user to vote in the polls,
- The user evaluates the record LJ
- The user leaves too many comments during the time interval X.
