"All" option for poll respondants is ambiguous

Short, concise description of the idea
In polls where the various voting and viewing options are available to "All" or "Everyone", it could be read that this means anyone, even if they are not logged in to a LiveJournal account. Is it possible to change this to something like "All LiveJournal users" or something similar?

Full description of the idea
I figured that this was simply a matter of changing the appropriate site text string in the translation system, so opened this as a Documentation support request, but was pointed here.

This change would affect site text on the poll creator [http://www.livejournal.com/poll/create.bml], the poll wizard in the Rich Text editor, polls as displayed in entries, and I'm not sure where else.

• I don't know if all of the affected strings are accessible via the translation system
• Longer strings may mess up formatting
