Fix the backwards tabbing order

Title
Fix the backwards tabbing order

Short, concise description of the idea
Since the implementation of the Facebook and Twitter checkboxes, the tabbing order on the comment pages has been broken, meaning one can't use the tab button on their keyboard to navigate. While forward tabbing was fixed, shift-tabbing remains broken, and it is impossible to tab backwards to select an icon now. I propose that this be fixed.

Full description of the idea
I put this in the support forum and they directed me here instead. I'm not sure why this is a suggestion and not a bug fix, but I'm just following directions at this point because I'd really like to see this fixed.

Tabbing takes you from one field/selectable item to another without having to use your mouse. Shift+tab is the backwards version of that. It used to be that someone could type up a comment and then hit shift+tab two (three?) times to go back to the choose-an-icon dropdown menu. That's not the case anymore, and I'd really like to have that functionality back.

The forwards tabbing order has been fixed. You can now type up your comment, and then press tab to select the "post comment" button, just like in the past. All I'm asking is that the rest of the tabbing order be fixed, too.
An ordered list of benefits
  • Keyboard functionality would be restored to the "normal" that it was before.
An ordered list of problems/issues involved
  • You'd have to take the time to fix it.
  • I'm not seeing any other drawbacks. Let me know if I'm wrong.
