Extend the list of allowed HTML tags with RUBY, RB, RT, RP, RTC AND RBC.

Full description of the idea
Ruby text is used to add annotation above (or below) a word. It is used mainly in East Asian languages, most notably in Japanese (where it is called "furigana"). It is used mostly to indicate pronunciation.

Ruby text is part of the XHTML 1.1 and HTML5 standards. It is supported in Explorer and Chrome (and will soon be supported in Safari), and available in Firefox and Opera via add-ons.

Currently, LiveJournal allows ruby text in main entries, but it is stripped off in replies.
An ordered list of benefits

• Communities and journals that involve Japanese (and probably Chinese) text will be able to add pronunciation hints in the established and natural way for that language.

An ordered list of problems/issues involved

• I can't see issues other than the usual typographical issues with unclosed tags. Since the ruby annotation tags are inline level tags, I see no real issue there.
