Basically like default other then userpic can be anything

Full description of the idea
Right now we have the ability to choose our icon we want to use or use a default and I think it would be cool to have a random option that randomly picks a userpic that has been upload by that user. User's should still have the other options though.
An ordered list of benefits

• I know I'm horrible about picking an userpic to use and random will make things interesting.

An ordered list of problems/issues involved

• Only drawback I can see is maybe how to get the suggestion off in running on a technical stand point
