Short, concise description of the idea
I'd like a qoute database, similar to the Scrapbook, but for quotes instead of pictures.

Full description of the idea
So, it would function much like the scrapbook, be able to be tagged, be able to embed quotes into entries, have journal customization aspects so that you could define how the quotes would be displayed (b, i, color, etc.), it should also have security settings so the database as a whole could be viewed possibly to the public but certain quotes could be private or limited to a friend group. Finally, it should be able to be exported somehow so a back up could be kept.
An ordered list of benefits

• The main benefit would be having a central location for quotes instead of having to sort through previou entries, even with tags that help.
• It would also make it easier to share quotes, or open certain pieces to different groups.

An ordered list of problems/issues involved

• It's probably fairly involved to integrate into lj.
