Safe and sound in Hawaii. Two hour delay at the terminal (after we were all in the plane of course) due to one of the transoceanic radios being out (unless you asked the blonde in the seat in front of me. She took this information and somehow spun it into us needing to wait for a new plane for us to switch to because we were missing a part. Close hunny, close.) Being regaled by the man sitting next to the blonds stories of his former drug habits, the current ones of his brother, and his strict opposition to alochol (but dire love for beer on a beach) was only second to the fact that this plane, in all the 8 hours we were on it, gave us one snack, and tried to charge for a meal. Of which there wasn't even a vegetarian option. Not that I am up to solid foods yet, but still. It was the principle of the matter. Anywho..
Just wanted to mention I am safe in Hawaii. Nothing newsworthy as of yet, as I arrived at 1030 last night, and it is only 920am. Will report later :)
