The Animation Show 3 came through Somerville last night.  The show was created by Mike Judge & Tom Hertzfeldt, with Bill Plympton appearing live.  (What a tall odd man.)  Incredible.  It was mindblowing and inspiring.  We saw a short from Shane Acker, 9 ,that Tim Burton is picking up to make a major film out of.  It will be astounding.  I'm really ( Read more... )

The apartment hunt continues, altho it looks like we may have a winner on our hands. Ok, I really like my job. I'm not that far into it, but I can see where all the challenges are going to nicely fit in with my personality/attention span. I think I am going to like this job. I do not have full access to programs that I need for the most basic tasks, but I've already caught an error in a contract which could have grown a bit out of hand if let slide.
