So, I went to the HiP show last night and I am really glad I went, but I didn't go to the second show, and that works out fine too, because I needed to be surrounded by friends. And I was. I had a lot of fun at the Grotto Disco 2007. When I got there, there weren't many people there, but I got to bond a bit with some people I was happy to have spent time with. Eventually more and more people came, and I continued to have fun. I danced a ton, drank but not too much, and I just had fun talking to people and stuff. I think I felt really comfortable in that atmosphere, and it was lovely. I was teaching Shane how to dance, which was fun. I was hanging out with most of the posse from freshman year and just, I don't know, having a generally great time. I wasn't thinking about what I looked like, what others thought, or anything, I was just having fun. Yes, I did stupid dance moves, yes my hair got all rebellious, and yes I probably looked silly or something, but who cares? I didn't, and that is key. I may have also made out with a classmate. But things didn't get awkward, so I think that class will be fine. Looking forward to the next party, assuming it is as fun.

Today: Lots to do. It is daunting. Let's see if I can handle it.
