The plan for today was to go to work in the morning, and then go to Edinburgh in the afternoon. I slept in, and so work didn't happen. Not even housework. Today has been a strange day. It was the first day back at work for the week, and it went quick, but there wasn't enough work. We get all our work sent from another department, and this department (despite having twice as many workers as us) just couldn't process enough. When I got home yesterday, there was a note left for me, saying that Royal Mail had tried to deliver something, and it wouldn't fit through the letter box, so I had to go an pick it up in person at the sorting office in Dunfermline.
