Turns out I will be having a hysterectomy By Davinci robot on March 24th. The pathology from my previous surgery showed thickening and endometrial cells that were atypical to normal cells, which, in 30% of cases, can develop into cancer

The recovery phase is always the worst part of any surgery. I hope it all goes very smoothly for you, and that recovery is fast and as easy as possible. Good luck - I'll be pulling for you.

Yes, the reports from patients and doctors indicate the recovery time may be quite brief compared to traditional open abdomen surgery. Thanks for your wishes!
