Hah! I have removed the barberry bushes! Except one, anyway. It's too big for me to get out on my own. But it doesn't look bad, and it isn't overpowering by itself, so I'm inclined to leave it for now. Still VICTORY IS MIIIIIIINE!

The front garden is ready for mulch, though I dunno where I"m going to get it without moneys. The back garden is ready for whatever I decide to put into it. The veggie garden still needs a bit of work but is getting there.
