(no subject)
Sam is currently having meaningful communication with the box fan. She is hitting it repeatedly with her toy measuring tape and talking to it. It makes funny noises at her, and I think she is enamored of them.
... that's normalish for a 19mo, right?
Anyway, today's list of things to do involves:
turning over the back garden (I did the front's yesterday)
Load of dishes
Load of laundry
pick up/vacuum the living and dining room
Measure the back gate so I can replace the warped supports
open up the fan so I can figure out why it's making a clicking noise
Find a mechanic open on saturday
And, if I can finish all that, a half an hour of reading my new replacement copy of one of my favorite vampire novels ever... which arrived this morning, along with two new books I'm equally excited about (don't you hate it when shipping is, like 300% of the purchase cost?)
