success in failure
after hours of polling and counting of votes, the results are out and the 18th JCRC, elected. i didnt make it in. lynette had 110 and i had 80 votes. tbh, i think to lag by 30 votes is quite.. a lot. but apparently the seniors [most of whom were skeptical, doubtful and kept tried to persuade me out of running against lynette in the first place] thought i did pretty well and were surprised i even made it that far. so many times i considered quitting but i pulled through. and idk, i guess it's upsetting i didnt get elected but hey, at least i was something for once. i mean, i was, right? lol and now that all that's done, ive decided to join the Publications subcomm [if JieYong wants me!] and maybe then i'd get to write! that and something else. well i reckon despite missing the Sing&Strum auditions and getting rejected by D&D, i guess things didnt pan out all thatttttttt bad afterall. *shrugs.
