A few weeks ago I watched my step-father frying up the shrimp we had for dinner later that night, and I started thinking that I could do that. I am sure that seems like no big deal to most of the people reading this. However, you have to understand that I did not inherit the cooking gene, my brother did. It was good, very spicy! I had some at Tastefest (a local food/music festival) last summer, and it has made me want to try catfish again.
