(Both are from teleemg.com, which has the most basic drawings I could find, as opposed to cross-sections.)
I think that pretty much speaks for itself. Just as a side note, the major nerve both relate to is the femoral nerve. That's ignoring the minor nerves. For the record, anatomy isn't my strongest suit, but that means large portions of two of the four muscles of the thigh are missing. Yeah.
