(no subject)
so once again it's been ages. i don't really have much to report.
my great grandmother died a few weeks ago. what an incredible woman, i remember she used to give me a $2 bill every time i saw her and once she even gave me one of her rings... but i broke it then lost the pieces. i haven't seen her for a few years, which i regret terribly now. i was just talking to my boss about her a week before she died, and he said "you should go see her" i agreed. but alas, now it's too late. my dad claims that she was exactly like he is now, which is a hilarious thought because my dad is such an arrogant fucker sometimes. anyway, this is my farewell to her. she was 102, would have been 103 in may. she crossed the ocean 17 times (which she never let us forget) and outlived three husbands. may she rest in peace.
