James and I planted a vegetable garden! He thought worms were baby snakes, so I told him they couldn't hurt him. I taught him all about gardens and we planted and watered it together. It was really nice. And then I managed to wrangle a moment with Marie away from Charon. Of course, it did happen to be a moment when she needed a diaper change, ( Read more... )

gardening love, marie the beautiful, james the angeliest angel, mara is my goddess, charon is very quiet..., daddy!!!

Aww, that's adorable. Baby snakes! Worms would be so much cooler if they were baby snakes. Man, I love reading stuff like this. Shows me how much I've got to look forward to.

See? You're not the only guy who can leave his macho in his other suit!

Well I'm glad it wasn't a snake, as I would rather not have one of those around my child. But yes, worms are slightly less interesting, I suppose... It's wonderful, Tamm. So wonderful!

Oh, I know it. Joe does it quite well too!

True, true. I just like snakes, but they're much better in cages than in backyards. Or, y'know, the wild is a good place for 'em, too.

Ha, yeah. Must be something about this social circle. Maybe the girls steal all our macho?

Yes, the wild! Far, far away from my kids. James thought the worm was gross too. He's clearly not taking after his daddy there!

That could be it, though I rather think mine might be because I'm gradually being gayed up. I cried at a commercial the other day because it was so beautiful....

Ooooh, can I come over and see the garden?

Of course you can! The flower garden just looks like dirt right now, but the vegetables are tiny plants!
