I've had a pinched nerve in my neck for the last week or so. It's a recurring problem that goes away for a while and then comes back. It's not horrible pain, and my neck is not stiff; it just feels like a rubber band twanging behind my left ear and part-way up my skull. Until the end of the day, though, I always have a headache.
