One of the things I have come to realise in recent years is how much fun can be had with clothes. Mixing and matching clothes, using them to project a certain kind of look, customising and shopping cleverly to get the most out of things and so on. All fun. But I find myself in a place of generally knowing what my current style is and although there's still fun every day in putting together an outfit, they are often quite similar because, well, I'm still me every day.
In the last couple of weeks, I have re-found the fun by having the chance to dress someone whose shape, size and lifestyle is completely different from mine. Best of all, she never answers back, no matter what I put her in. I can't believe I never used to make clothes for my Sindy when I was growing up, but I'm more than making up for it now.
I'm doing the
Project Project Runway challenge where each week we do the Project Runway challenge on our doll-sized models. We make the clothes and then pick accessories, just as on the real show. I was late to the game, so this is only my second week. You can see my efforts
