[There's something in the skies today Mayfield. Whatever it is, it's big, as it blackens the sky as it passes overhead. If you look above you, you'll see a large zeppelin with the named "Hindenburg II" on it. It appears to stay over Nelson Street for the most part, circling the neighborhood, but it occasionally drifts to other parts of the town

[Talking ponies? Quite honestly, that's nothing to the Major by this point. Man makes omnipresent catboys to kill vampires, so this? Pretty easy stuff to believe.]

Ah. The large balloon you see there is filled with hydrogen, a gas which allows it to float.

That's the simple explanation, of course. I'm not well-suited for giving the more scientific one.

I see. In Equestria, pegasus ponies tend to do most of the flying themselves, so we don't really have anything like this.
