Meeting just outside the Holiday Inn. There is a nice neat circle paved into the stonework patio. Process from there down under Riverside drive passing station along the way. The bridge of Riverside Drive makes an excellent passage into sacred space. Circle up in the patio just the other side of Riverside Drive. Cast circle, call quarter/deity, do magic. Once magic is done, bring remainder to the point of the confluence and drop it off.
Process back to the Holiday Inn for a feast.
Of course there r as many permiatations for this as there r reasons to do ritual.
First, we would need not only the Blessing of The City of Binghamton, but their support as well. This would not only be a public event, it would be a City Event, put on and supported by the city. If were were to use the Holiday in as a starting point we would at the very least need their permission, hopefully for parking as well. If there was to be some event there, they may be able to give us a deal on food and what not if it were to draw enough people to stay and party... I mean, really party.
... so... what should be the first event? Samhain? Beltain? or something more subdued like Llammas? Would something more subdued still create a wild party?
