My dad used to watch r-18 movies during the night while looking after me. When I was nocturnal.

I still can't close the shower curtain, go to sleep facing a mirror, or close my eyes in the bathroom without getting nervous.

I saw "Poltergeist" around that same age.

To this day, I can't sleep with the closet door open even a crack because of that movie.

Oh, but the kiddies won't remember! Yeah, right.

Waaaah! I wasn't even allowed to watch Ghostbusters! And not because of the ghosts... because of the "sexy bit" when Sigourney's possessed and tries to get it on with Bill Murray. o____0

Yeah, I saw the Chucky movies when I was seven. Dolls that can move or talk on their own freak me out. As do ventriloquist dummies. *shudder*

I saw it when I was 3, you want to say sleeping with the covers over your head for the next 5 years and still being creeped out by dolls? Blah.

I didn't even watch any horror movies when I was little, and I can't do any of those things.

Well, I can close the shower curtain, but I'm constantly checking it for shadows. I also can't sleep with my back to a window or door.
