It's probably been about a bajillion years since I've posted any of my creative writing, but here's the first few things I've done for my Fan Fiction course and my Screenwriting course this semester.

A Fanfiction COURSE?

That's right! It's one of the Special Topic courses this year in the Writing department. It's taught by a prof who's a pretty prevalent Supernatural fanfic author.

Basically we learn about characterization, maintaining voices, how to write original characters, etc. As groups we had to decide on fandoms that all of our work would be on for the term. Me and my partner chose Buffy, other groups are doing Seinfeld, Twilight, and Saved By The Bell.

It's a surprisingly fun class, though not remotely useful :P
