long time since an update so i thought i'd post this. it's a list of songs that strike me as either being similar sounding to Coldplay or having some other appeal that reminds me of them. the motivation for this action was mostly talking to people (girls) at parties and finding out that alot of people (girls) like Coldplay. i've finished another one on The Postal Service (another popular response) and am thinking about doing a few on more broad topics like "contemporary jazz" or "classical" music. anyways i tried to keep the "influences" list short because retrospectives aren't as much fun as appreciating current groups... at least that was my reasoning in this case.

anyways drop me a line if you want a copy (freeeeeee) or have any suggestions to add to the play list. i encourage suggestions if only because of my very limited scope of music and it's a fun dialog to develop. if you dislike Coldplay (i myself am not a rabid fan) please keep it to yourself, there are some pretty good songs on this album regardless and i feel there's a lot more less appealing music out there to hate. don't waste your contempt on Coldplay. coincidently "so you like Limp Bizkit?" will not made hopefully by anyone.
