Growing Up
I feel as I've grown up a lot since I've started my internship. I've taken a lot of things into my own hands and I've discovered what I'm really about. The things I enjoy are my own and I'm okay with other people not sharing the same interests, as long as they respect me for them. But there are still instances that I show myself that I really haven't experienced enough of the world to be on my own.
This is a stupid example but yesterday I bought a decently large container of strawberries and was very excited about them, I was going to make protein shakes with fruit and be all healthy and that jazz. I just found out they all went bad! Apparently I needed to clean, dry and store them in the fridge as soon as I got home. I didn't do that and now they've all gone to waste. I've still got a long way to go.
