Liaden Universe Availability
Why are all but the most recent Sharon Lee and Steve Miller novels out of print? Why are these not popular enough to be available? The library doesn't have them, and the secondary sellers seem to know they're out of print and price accordingly. This is because they work with a smaller, independent press, isn't it?
Granted, I am blessed to be able to borrow them, perhaps, but what if someone needed one as a gift? Actually, I own four, which I snagged at Half-Price Books, two of which (Plan B and I Dare) are staying with me, but the other two of which (Crystal Soldier and Balance of Trade) can probably go again on their way in time.
