...and from Mighty to Mighty. Yesterday I made a comment about the delays that have beset, nay, plagued Frank Cho's Mighty Assvengers. Today, I give you a stubblecast 52 with the Mighty Narwhale. The Narwhale (often Narwhal) is a big whale with a tusk, like a unicorn. Its name means "Corpse whale" because it floats belly up.
Narwhals are not noted for being musically gifted. But,
The Mighty Narwhale are. Their song
Night Light sounds like a track that perennial favourites of the Stubblecast, Antarctica Takes It! would have recorded if they ever got round to it. The opening would be one of Antarctica Takes It!'s trademarks, and the sheer jubilant energy of the "Hey! We're right here, we're right here, we're right!" of the chorus would fit in so well with the ethos of Antarctic Takes it!. It's a piano driven song with a strong horn section and you can not only do the indie chair shuffle, you could probably fill a dance floor with it.
