Been a while since I posted...again. Been very busy.
First off, I need to get used to posting on LJ again, this screen for typing in text seems weird to me but only cause I haven't posted anything here for a while >.>
Next, went to something called collectormania in glasgow yesterday (
http://www.collectormaniaglasgow.co.uk/ ) was very fun, all the info of what me and my girlfriend Donna did there is on her LJ
empress-donna.livejournal.com/ here are the autographs I got:

Next on my agenda of things to mention...
In college, I have a new timetable (block 2, 3 blocks in a year
HCI (Human Computer Interfaces)
Software Development: Applpications Development
Database Fundamentals
Supporting Users and Troubleshooting a Desktop Operating System
HCI is used for creating a front end screen for what we do in Software Dev (my only designy class this block, I don't count Software Development since its mostly coding
Software Development: Applications Development is a class where we use VBA (Visual Basic for Applications) in Excel. We're still learning so I don't know what the final project we will be doing yet. I also need my VBA knowledge for third block where I have a class called working within a project team ^_^
Database Fundamentals, this class is exactly what it says, the fundamentals of a database. We are learning Normalization just now and that is also the first outcome (first test basically) and I am getting the hang of it, it's not AS hard as I thought it would be (although we have done fairly simple examples, I still thought I would fail it.....but last week. I did quite well in it so yay ^_^ I'm happy) We also have to do SQL coding for outcomes 2 and 3 (DDL and DML styles of SQL coding)
Supporting Users and Troubleshooting a Desktop Operating System, this class is a Microsoft Certification Class. I have two of them this year (this one and an Application one next block) and will have to do TWO tests to get a Microsoft Certificate Qualification. It may be microsoft but at least it would be another qualification.
I also need to pass Software Dev and Database Fundamentals (I also passed PC first line support in the first block which I also needed to pass) to do the final exam which is based on those 3 subjects hence needing to pass them. If I pass this and the Microsoft exams. I will have passed both my HNC and two microsoft classes (3 qualifications basically)
Next year I would have an oracle Academy Qualification (databases >_< ) AND my HND in IT....Lifes hard sometimes >_>
I should post a bit more now but if I get busy, here is an early Merry Christmas to everyone ^_^
