work rest and play
welllllll its been a long time since i updated as usual so i will do it now....
well ive been bidding on madness records on ebay, won 3 things today, it must be love first issue 7" single, work rest and play ep (night boat to cairo on it) 7"single (99p for each of those and the guy combined postage so its cost me £3.98 for those.) and the I Pronounce You boxset from when some of the band reformed under the name The Madness. i paid £4.90 for that woooo it comes with the record/2 postcards and an enamel badge :D
i now also have a job at Safeways in Eastwood.so its like 5/10 minutes away from me which is always a good thing.means i dont have to get out of bed stupidly early to get there. i had the interview on thursday and i thought it went quite well,they said they'd call at the end of next week to let me know....2 days later (saturday) they called and said " hi stuart its pat here from safeways...we'd like to offer you a job" so wooooooooooooo go stu. im quite ecstatic about that to say the least.i dont mind workin for a supermarket,starting pay is £4.99 goes up after a training/probationary period. my relationship with kelleigh is going superbly well...strange really...1)i never thought she'd be interested in me 2) after she went out with rich i thought id keep to my morals and not go for a mates ex 3) i did abandon my morals and ended up with her and its been great. anywhoooo..im gonna go finish tidying my room,i was cleaning out stuff and sortin my cd collection out again,im only missing one cd,i have the case,but no cd,dammit! its let go by nada surf. i love that album......altho thinking about it it might actually be in the travis case.......woooooo0ooooooo0o0o0o0o0o0o! i think i may know where it is...watch this space i shall keep u updated on the whereabouts of my missing cd.
