` so i feel great.

today i9 spent around 5 hrs cleaning my step-dads house and he's paying me like $300 for it so ca-ching! and then i went to the gym. i didnt really feel like going and i literally left it till the last minute to get ready and leave but i went and did a pump class and added weights onto my last sets for chest and back, added on to my whole tricep and squats tracks so i'm feeling pretty great. then after that i did a 20minute jog just to keep the cals burning. the treadmill says i burnt like 200 cals but i'm pretty sure all gym equipment are just made by lying sons of bitches who what you to think you've burnt more calories that you have so that you keep using their machines. so i'm gonna say it was about 100 cals burnt jogging and another hundred in pump and another hundred in cleaning. actually thats probably really underestimating it now that i think of it.... but who cares. only the number on the scales matters.

was 71.9 today, but after my binge (after two hours of exercise, combat and balance) i thought it'd be more so i was happy. i'm looking forward to what i'll see tomorrow.

god i stink right now. lol.
