5km jog today, only walked 0.75km. first 0.5km for warm up and 0.25 at halfway point to regain some strength. felt really powerful afterwards.

today i made up a recipe. falafels in a meatball like situation, was amazing and vegan. i love it when things are vegan by accident.

like coco pops, did you know they're vegan? and peanut butter?

these facts make me very happy. i'm not sure why.

food wise today  was pretty good. drank 3L of water and woke up half a kilo lighter. i know its not actually weightloss - its too soon for that beause my current diet is not of the extreme nature others prefer - but still nice to see. i feel like the first 4kgs will drop easy because i just put them on. affter that, who knows.

so started at 72.4 on wed, 72.2 on thurs and 71.8 today. feeling strong.

body pump tomorrow. i know its stupid, but i want muscles so bad. like biceps that impress. gosh i feel like such a butch saying that.
