skim capp w/ 1 sug. 
1 cup fruit salad. 
museli muffin and tomato
lentil burger stuffed w/ veggies and avocado. (so far at 4pm)

5km walk/run, burnt 400cals, 40mins.

woke up weighing 74.6kg. fatter than ever but feeling content and tired from exercise.

not bad.
