Today's the last Friday of summer vacation and I'm working later. God, why did summer school take so much out of my summer? I need more time to rest.
I spent way too much money this summer on clothes and toiletries. Good thing I kept all my receipts, I'm going to total it up once and for all. My goal for making 5k this summer was totally unrealistic, haha. I don't even think I made half that amount. I paid for my summer courses with my own money though, and that made me feel really good because i got an A in AT2.
I have a really bad feeling about this year though. I don't know why, but I'd imagine that it's because of my monstrous schedule. It's especially horrific in the winter because I think I've got like...4 or 5 hours of continuous class. Perhaps I should drop my team sport this year so I can take it in the next. That way, I might have enough time to make it to work. But the winter term is still far away. I miss first year the most because so much went on that year. Second year was pretty fun but I spent a lot of my time in the library studying than out and about. I miss hearing "I'm in Bethune" so much, and playing that game where you had to drink condiments if you lost.
Ahhh. First days. They are always awkward. I remember my first day last year. I thought I didn't need to wear a belt with my pants and they kept falling down all day. It was raining slightly that day too, so it was kind of cold and my nose kept running. Of course, I didn't have tissues in my bag either, so I was sniffiling all day. That must have sounded disgusting. In first year, I remember I wore long sleeves on the first day and thick jeans because it was cold in the morning. During the bus ride to school, it must have warmed up quite a bit because when I got there everyone was wearing shorts and flip flops and the breeze was replaced by humidity. I was so sweaty and uncomfortable the entire day, and my pits of my shirt must have been noticably stained. Ewwww. I hope none of this happens this year, though it can't be guaranteed that I learn from my lessons.
I only have a few more items on my list of things to buy. Plaid tights, jeans, and eyeliner. Leopard print is so passé. And I can't wear it to work either LOL.
