Prague, the internet and anime

Unfortunately I haven't been able to get onto LJ recently, due to my internet breaking (I'll explain a little later). So... helloes again!

I've just got back to school, after enjoying a wonderful easter break. On the first day I traveled with my school on a music tour to Prague. Myself and my friends spent a large percentage of the time laughing at the hotel, and I indulged in a craving for kinder eggs, leading to an accumulation of cheap plastic toys. I was singing in the choir and playing in the string and chamber orchestras (I play the violin... but don't assume I'm good). It was very enjoyable and I'm looking forward to the tour next year.

It is quite an achievement I feel to have spent so much of the time enjoying myself as I was also being hunted down by two slightly scary guys who have decided they like me. Fortunately my friends who don't fancy me (phew! By the way for people wondering, I go to a boys school which takes girls in the sixth form, hence the increased amounts of boys per girl and so consequently there is an increased number of boys to fancy me (if they like me that is, which I'm quite surprised some people do). And no, I didn't change to that school because of this fact.) didn't mind me running off and hiding for a while when we had free time.

On the thursday after I returned from Prague a sad incidence occurred. While hoovering the room with our computers in my mother put the cat's water dish on the table where she thought it would be safe. However, one of our cats decided that it would be fun to jump up onto the table, and in doing so somehow knocked the water onto the internet rooter. After spending approximately 10 days without internet, my mother was kind enough to buy a new rooter and configure it.

During this period I prevented myself from insanity by entertaining myself with watching anime. Well, one anime, which was Ouran High School Host Club. I ended up watching the entire series over that week (26 episodes) and am now officially in love with it.
