Clock Tower is a bustling university. Many buildings surround the namesake clock tower, filled with busy students and teachers. Yes, they have classes on a Saturday. They're magi, they can't afford not to work.
Inside some of these buildings are offices for those in charge of running the Mage's Association. Lords do their work and watch over those in their care. Barthomeloi Lorelei, the Wizard Marshal and vice director of Clock Tower, waits with fifty of her finest magi to respond to any threats as needed.
In another building, the Department of Mineralogy operates. Hundreds of magical gems are kept in stock. Some of you have frequented this building already.
In one building, prisoners are held underground in a classical dungeon. That same building holds a courtroom for trial, as well as execution. Ryudo Issei has been there once: with your help, he won't have to go through it a second time.
