I spent this entire weekend finishing up my readings. From just Saturday and Sunday, I read 80 pages of poetry (Wordsworth's The Prelude) and over 70 pages of International Relations to finish all my course readings for those two courses for the rest of the year. I've finished my Journal writings for Romantic Poetry class, and I have 8 pages double-spaced worth of notes for my Politics and Morality essay (and considering I have more notes to go, this is encouraging).
After having mini-panic attacks this morning, I picked up Matt and drove him to York Mills station. He is the best. Seriously. I don't know what to do for him to say thank you for the amount of work he's putting in just to help me out.
My attention started to waver earlier on today so I put on Bloc Party - Banquet and hopped around and danced in my room for a few minutes before I felt energized enough to start on my essay.
I still have a lot left to do, considering I still have the essay to write and a bunch of studying to do, but it's not looking too too destitute (well, except for Canadian poetry... but we don't go there).
