Bah humbug

I am so conflicted with crew. I have such a great time, but it made me gain so much weight. I was one of the smaller girls on the team, but by the end of the season I ended up weighing 136 lbs!!!

That is sooo heavy. that is heavier than my heaviest had ever been. I can't believe how heavy I still am. I'm down to 132, but I cannot stand to be this weight. I know that some of it is muscle, but looking at my body and the way clothes fit, somehow, even after all of the exercise for crew, I still have a good amount of fat on my body.

I'm trying to make attainable goals for myself, but I really want to be at a BMI of less than 20, currently I am at about 23.4.

So, embarassing as they are, here are my current stats:

Height: 5'3"
CW: 132 lbs
HW: 136 lbs
LW: 103 lbs (that was sooo long ago. :( )

GW1: 128 lbs
GW2: 122 lbs
GW3: 117 lbs
GW4: 112 lbs BMI 19.8

My intention is to do this by restricting to less than 900 calories per day, I might even give the ABC a go again and to go to the gym for lots of cardio and a bit of weight training- I can't believe I gained so much weight. I can't believe it. I need it OFF.
