2. All of the water has been drained from the canal again
3. Dori likes to smell my feet
4. I cancel out on a fun evening with
hugh_mannity, work until 8 PM and still don't get it all done
5. I pre-reg for an event for myself and a friend (I'm paying for the friend), only to realize that the friend's quite likely to arrive before I do and get asked for money he doesn't have
6. I try to take pictures of my spiffy new belt plaques only to realize I've left them in the car
7. I go to the grocery store for the express purpose of buying fennel and when I get there, there is no fennel
8. I get winded after climbing just two flights of stairs
