It's official!
I've just upgraded my parking. I'll no longer be parking around the corner in the parking garage (which due to the length of my building and the other building in the way is actually about a 8-10 minute walk away when I'm carrying stuff). Instead, I'll be in the front surface lot. I may switch back in the wintertime, since it was really nice not to have to shovel my car off, but we'll see what I think about it as time goes by.
Although I'm technically at home this weekend, it's going to be a pretty busy weekend. Tomorrow night is string geekery and chicken biriyani with
hugh_mannity, Saturday is steak* and pie with soteltie and Sunday is theoretically the North Shore beadmaking class. I haven't found out if that last is still on, though--I need to contact Arabella about that.
*Weather permitting, though it appears as if this is unlikely with our current forecast--70% chance of rain. In the event of rain, however, I say "let them eat pie"! :-D
