Our old friend Donnie "Strip-'em-Down" Rumsfeld just showed his dried-apple face on TV in a press conference concerning the Massoul bombing. In the course of his curt and clipped show of (non)feeling, he referred to the Coalition's endeavor as "The War on Extremism". In light of recent studies showing that a shocking number of so-called Americans believe that Muslims living in this country should have their civil liberties ammended, abridged or even stripped away, I find this little change of terminology on the part of Bush Inc. to be chillingly telling.
Remember, folks, our hip-shootin' yokel of a (non)President has referred to his government-sponsored murder-spree as a "Crusade" once already.
Anybody else as pissed about this as I am? "Land of the Free" my ass.
