People who laugh at people that put up their christmas decorations around now. They're just being FESTIVE. God forbid you hecklers get a wee bit of Christmas Spirit in you, or Channukah Chutzpah, or Thet-ulation, or what have you, you might actually FEEL something other than anger or bitterness for one second of your miserable life. Look at me, I'm the most bitter person I know, and I start listening to Christmas Songs right after Halloween (the same time the stores put out their decorations).
Look at it this way, yeah its a month and a bit away, but thats 5 weeks. 38 days. Not very long, is it?
Plus, with the ridiculous prices of most Christmas swag, you're getting the most bang for your buck by putting it out now. Get allt he mileage you can out of it, thats what I say.
In short, I propose we find all scrooges and sweep them under the carpet until A) They have their revelation on Christmas Eve, or B) Until tax season, when we need them again.
