Christmas Eve was my first ever live concert and I gave all my 60 dollars to jay chou 周杰伦.  He sounded like he has a cold, stuff nose.  I don't think that was enough for him to cancel the concert since most of the seats in the Galen center were filled, even the 288 vip ones.  probably half of the chinese in socal were there.  my co-workers and I

Then that makes me part of the half that wasn't there.

I once stood out in the cold at an indie festival to rock out with some friends for a band I didn't know. It was outdoors, and about a hundred of us or so huddled together like penguins in Antarctica. Some guy got tackled by security and tried to resist, and ended up getting arrested. Two fights almost broke out within the crowd. They all chanted for a good five or ten minutes to get the band to come out for the encore.

And that would be the extent of my concert-going experience. Unless you wanna count the single excursion to a classical music event.
