It has been Kansas hot for the past three days here in Oregon. I no likey! So I woke up this morning and my left hip was sore. Odd, I thought. Then I tried to get out of bed. Notice I said tried. It took me four tries to maneuver my self off the mattress in a way that didn't make my hip feel like it was exploding. Not fun.
