I rock-n-roll
well, quite literally I've got the blues... but I'm workin' them out. I really do have awesome music-fu, as I discovered that even though I haven't touched a guitar for more than 15 minutes in the past, oh, eight years I was able to figure out chords to October Blue and can now semi-perform my own blues. The finger tips of my left hand are purple and I really, really don't want to think about what they'll feel like tomorrow, but it feels good to jam again. A huge thanks to zylch for making this possible... beer's on me! (Or maybe rum?) It's wonderful to feel the support of friends and music when times are tough. I have a feeling that there might be more songs in the near future - there might have to be a filter... so if you want in on the blues... drop me a line... eventually there'll be a house party involved...
