There have been rooms discovered, in the hotel. New rooms.

With bodies. Not that Angela really cared, at least about them. Claw marks and teeth marks are a little different, though, and so she is sitting outside cleaning one of her guns.

Humming, of course.

Everyone has guns, these days. Gin can't say he approves (and somewhere in the back of his mind Shinsō agrees), although they probably have their uses.

He's seen the bodies, on the other hand. If they had guns, it didn't save them.

He doesn't announce his presence, just leans on the wall and watches quietly, waiting for her to notice him.

Oh, she notices.

But does she do anything?

...well, yes, actually. She pauses and looks up at him, looking rather small down on the ground.

Gin nods at her, takes a half-step forwards. There's blood on the bottom of the too-big pants he's wearing, although with the captain's coat over it, the stains aren't that easily seen.

"Evenin'."

Which means she's in a position to see Barbara as she rolls down the street approaching the hotel.

Barbara sees her of course and her green eyes hold an evaluating look. Small, armed, knows how to care for a firearm. That makes her a potential threat and a potentially useful ally.

She knows her, but she doesn't, so Barbara gets an assessing look of her own.

There can't be much ammo here. That's going to make things interesting.

Barbara doesn't introduce herself yet, except inasmuch as a prying question serves as an introduction, "How are you fixed for ammo?"

"When I run out of the ammo that I brought with me, I've run out."
