Today I was un-braced and it feels strange to be sitting here running my tongue over my slippery teeth (my gums feel really weird too!). Nothing sharp or unnatural in my mouth for the first time in over a year; it won't last though, I have to pick up my retainer at 4pm, but till then I am orally free! The process of getting the braces off was a lot
