Parkour is what I do. I haven't for a long time though, so I'm lacking in the equipment department (I haven't even got any decent trainers anymore, wtf). But jumping over walls does a lot for me for some reason.
My disadvantage will be terrain. No big commercial or industrial complexes where I am. But I'm not too worried about it, i'll just have to maintain realistic goals and not tire myself out.
Jumping over walls is grand. Shimmying up between two walls is frabjous. Perching is wonderful.
Well, a girl needs a sports bra, for a start :P That and I haven't any decent shoes or trousers anymore; I lost weight and lost my shoes O_o; I'm going to have to buy some more, because Sheffield is great for Parkour. As long as I don't get caught (again) :P
I'm the only one too. So I tend to choose random times to do it, so people don't look at me funny. There's a Parkour group that meets often around here, but I'm still something of a beginner, so I don't want them to judge me eeee. Plus, I'm a girl. And I think that makes me part of a tiny TINY minority.

That's always the trick isn't it?
One more reason you should come to California on Holiday. We can climb some walls together.
