well...isn't it great when God answers your prayers?...it's so encouraging! but...sometimes He answers prayers right away...and you think, "mmm...wasn't ready for that!"...dear Lord, thank You for answering my prayers...thank You for letting me hit rock bottom, stripping my idols and kingdoms from me...please help me to trust You with everything now...keep me humble...i'm sorry for being prideful and unfaithful...
it's a cycle...pride->me: please break me of my pride God!->God: "Ok, let Me take away..."-> me: "ouch! why God?"->God: "you asked Me to...and I did, you need to grow in your walk; this is crippling it..."->me: ok, but...can You maybe not make it hurt that much?->God: "hmmm..."-> me: maybe i should learn from this...and not do it again?->God: maybe...->me: ok, i'll try...
